Karen is a very experienced researcher having undertaken countless depth interviews, focus groups and ethnographic studies over many years. She has had periods of specialism in Retail, Mother and Baby, Food and Drink, Children and Digital Media research and also broad experience of many other sectors.
Karen joined Web Usability as a facilitator in 2013.
Karen is highly versatile and has undertaken research with a spectrum of respondents including school children, teenagers, the elderly, young people with autism, footballers, football supporters, vets, small business owners, tradesmen, online gamblers, engineers and consumers.
