Peter has lots of experience because he has spent over 30 years in various commercial management positions. After taking an MBA he joined a City based firm of management consultants and then ran a research based strategic consultancy. With Sarah Burton-Taylor he established Web Usability in 2002 to concentrate on consultancy to optimise the web user experience.

Peter is a highly experienced user consultant and facilitator. He has worked on virtually all projects undertaken by Web Usability as a facilitator, project manager or consultant. His strengths include the ability to grasp the client’s strategic requirements, interpret the user evidence, and help clients develop a clear understanding of the issues to be addressed and how to address these. Peter leads on information architecture and prototype development.
