After completing a Masters in Social Science, Rosalind worked in the heritage management industry for several years. Since moving from the non-profit sector, Rosalind has held market intelligence and customer insight roles across a broad spectrum of industries, from both the client and the consultant perspectives. Her experience encompasses retail, IT, telecoms and financial services.
