Background

Sarah has 30 years experience in management, research and consultancy in industrial and consumer market sectors. With Peter Collins she established Teamwork Consulting Group in 1988 to undertake research led strategic and marketing consultancy, and then WUP in 2002 to concentrate on consultancy to optimise the web user experience. She completed doctoral research at Cranfield School of Management on how to make consulting interventions more successful; this underpins WUP’s action oriented approach. Sarah has presented papers at the American Academy of Management and the British Academy of Management. She is an experienced consultant and facilitator.

Skills & experience

Sarah has worked on over 200 projects either as a moderator, facilitator, project manager or consultant. Her strengths include developing research programmes, project management, interpretation of results, and ensuring our products and services embody the best current practice. Sarah is disabled and brings her personal knowledge of motor impairment to usability assessment.
