• User research for central government to establish user goals relating to parenting websites.
• Usability testing of a medical website providing educational resources to identify usability issues.
• Developing and testing an information architecture for a regional government agency website.
• Prototype testing for a mobile phone provider.
• Usability testing a live holiday site to identify usability issues.
• Usability testing prototype user journeys for a branded supplier of key household electrical items, to understand the most effective approach to maximise purchase.
