Current projects

2011: These are some of the projects we are working on:

• User research to inform the development of a new website for a global leader in broadcasting and media products.
• Developing and testing a new information architecture of the main website for a large Cancer charity including over 60 microsites.
• User research including focus groups for a public sector organisation to review website content and functionality.
• Usability testing to improve customer satisfaction and browse to quote conversion rates for an insurance company.
• Iterative prototype testing of the main portal of a mobile phone provider.
• Phase two usability testing a local government website recently launched.
