    After completing a Masters in Social Science, Rosalind worked in the heritage management industry for several years. Since moving from the non-profit sector, Rosalind has held market intelligence and customer insight roles across a broad spectrum of industries, from both the client and the consultant perspectives. Her experience encompasses retail, IT, telecoms and financial services.

    Rosalind joined Web Usability in September 2007 and is responsible for tester and respondent facilitation and the interpretation of research outputs.
