Here’s a breakdown of each activity offered across our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, so you can see exactly what’s covered.

Full WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit

A manual accessibility audit of your website against the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, carried out by an experienced accessibility specialist. 1 available per year.

We assess a sample of up to:

20 pages for Bronze members
25 pages for Silver members
30 pages for Gold members

You’ll receive a prioritised PowerPoint report outlining issues, where they occur, why they matter, and how to fix them. Our findings are written in plain English, with examples and practical next steps for your design, dev or content teams. We also provide a summary suitable for sharing with wider stakeholders.

6-monthly accessibility review

A lighter-touch check at the six-month mark to help you stay on track and identify new issues.

We’ll review up to 10 pages of your site or service and provide a short report summarising key changes, improvements and any regressions.

This gives you confidence that your accessibility progress is continuing in the right direction.

Accessibility statement reviews

We review your public-facing accessibility statement to ensure it’s up to date, accurate and aligned with legal requirements like the Equality Act, Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, EAA or other legislation.

We check for clarity, tone, completeness and honesty, offering language and structure suggestions to make it more user-friendly.

Depending on your package, you get:

On-demand accessibility helpdesk

Ongoing access to our team for advice, reviews or quick accessibility questions via email.

Intro to digital accessibility webinar with Q&A

A one-hour session designed to introduce your team to the fundamentals of digital accessibility.

We cover the business case, the legal context and key principles of inclusive design, with real-life examples of barriers and how to fix them

The session includes time for live Q&A, giving your team a chance to ask questions and reflect on what accessibility means in their roles

Custom team training or webinar

A tailored session (60 to 90 minutes) focused on the specific needs of your team.

Topics could include accessible content creation, inclusive user research, accessibility in design and development, or whatever areas you want to build confidence in.

Delivered remotely, these sessions are interactive, practical and designed to meet your team where they are.

Inclusive user research with disabled and neurodivergent participants

We recruit and facilitate inclusive research sessions with real users who have a range of access needs.

This includes 5 participants per round, representing a diverse mix of abilities and technologies.
We manage recruitment, consent, facilitation and incentives, and provide a concise insights report with key findings and opportunities for improvement.

Included in:

Silver: 1 round per year
Gold: 2 rounds per year

Annual accessibility roadmap session (strategy call)

A strategic session with your team to map out your accessibility priorities and goals for the year ahead.

We’ll help you align accessibility work with internal plans, timelines and business objectives.

You’ll leave with a clear plan of action and practical advice on how to embed accessibility in upcoming work.

Annual accessibility policy and process review

A review of your internal processes to help you embed accessibility more deeply into design, development and content workflows.

We’ll look at how accessibility is considered in your policies, briefing docs, QA checklists and design systems, and provide recommendations to strengthen your internal practice.

This activity helps you move from reactive fixes to proactive accessibility by design.
